- 1970- Began parking career in Little Rock as a valet lot attendant at National Garages, Inc. and moved up through the years to Assistant Manager.
- 1982- Began with Allright Parking as City Manager for Little Rock, and later as President.
- The "from the ground up" education in the parking business made him knowledgeable in all aspects of the business, from Valet Parking to Negotiating Parking Agreements.
- 2001- Jeff's Little Rock Team was awarded the "Most Improved City" Award by the company.
