So who is Best Park and where did they come from?

In many aspects, Best Park has been here all along! The two principals, Jeff Duncan and David Bogard, have nearly 60 years of combined parking experience in all aspects of the industry. Jeff is the most well known and widely respected parking person in Little Rock and has been a key part of the local scene for well over 30 years. David has been a Regional Manager in various parts of the country overseeing 8-10 city operations at a time in the Deep South, the West Coast and the Midwest for most of his 24 years in the industry, including Little Rock for the last five years. Together, they decided to form the kind of company that seems to be in short supply these days; a company that values its clients, it's customers and it's employees!

Large publicly-traded parking companies are experiencing increasing demands from Wall Street to satisfy their shareholders. Consequently, many of those companies live and die by their quarterly earnings and their decisions are made with the priority on stock price. We don't fault them for that, it's something they have to do to be regarded as successful as measured in their chosen marketplace. Jeff and David choose to make decisions based on their core values of integrity and excellent service. They broke away from the largest parking company in the world to form and build Best Park, a company where people, relationships, and experience still matter.

So far it has been an enormous amount of work and we are enjoying every day of it! With all of this nation's publicized faults, it truly is a great country in which we live; one in which two good guys can follow their dream and build something of lasting value for the clients they serve, the employees they have, and the community in which they work!
